HISTORY
In July 2012, Pastor Simon Dorbor began hosting weekly prayer meetings in Levittown, PA, while also attending other local services. Later that year, Pastor Varney Kolleh offered his small congregation to Pastor Dorbor, who accepted and preached his first sermon on December 16, 2012. Under Pastor Dorbor’s leadership, the congregation soon moved into a new building named “Faith Chapel” after a faith-inspired revelation . Over the years, Faith Chapel has grown, expanded its services, and welcomed new ministers. Led by Senior Pastor Simon M. Dorbor, the church continues to thrive with gratitude for its journey and hope for future blessings.
VALUES
We value the truth of God's Word, recognizing the Bible as divinely inspired and the ultimate guide for our lives. We hold dear the belief in the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who is both Creator and Sustainer of all. We value the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ as the only means of salvation, believing that through repentance and faith in Him, we are redeemed by God's grace. We value the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, who justifies, regenerates, and sanctifies us, enabling us to live according to God's will. We also value the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, expressed through spiritual gifts like tongues, which equip us for faithful service and personal growth in our walk with God.
VISION
Our mission is to preach and teach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the world in its wholesome content: to win souls into the household of faith, making and training disciples to make a difference in an indifferent world for Christ and his Kingdom. (Matthew 28:18-20)
